I don’t understand why they wouldn’t show the CCTV footage and why they didn’t do a CT scan. And first of all, the director seemed kind, but in the end the explanation was done by the manager. It was the place I most wanted to go to, so I’m hesitant. They said that for revision surgery, the septum cartilage and ear cartilage would be enough. Hmm, since they didn’t do a CT, that’s a little disappointing, and I also couldn’t tell how big or small the septum is. And I don’t understand why they won’t show the CCTV footage.
