I had a nose-tip surgery without an implant, and it was my first surgery. My columella had been pulled up a lot, so my nose became extremely ugly, and I seriously wonder how the hospital could have designed it like that. It gave such a pig-nose kind of feeling, my nose turned out worse than before.
