I'm now looking into my third revision nose surgery, and here I had my second revision in 2017?18?. The first place I had surgery at was really done by a quack, and for the second one I did my research only roughly, but the director was kind and the doctor was kind too. If I remember correctly, aftercare and things like that were not bad, and they were kind, but it was not the nose shape I wanted, so I'm currently looking into surgery again.
