I had alar base lifting.. First of all, compared to before surgery, my alar base became much thicker and the scar remained, so my nostrils became narrower. I don’t know whether it will really get better as more time passes.... The alar base also came back down, and the columella has also disappeared a lot... I’m not satisfied with the surgical result.
