It's been almost 10 years since the surgery, and at the time I had a hump nose with a bony bump in the middle of the bridge, so they shaved it down smoothly and lowered the base, then used autologous cartilage to match the tip of my nose to the bridge. At first I really liked the shape of my nose and it looked so natural that people around me didn't even know I'd had surgery, so I was satisfied, but now it seems like the nasal bone has grown again or the hump is slowly coming back. But I don't have the courage to go through that pain again, so I don't plan to have a revision surgery.
