I was awake under anesthesia during the surgery with the doctor, and I heard everyone talking about me very clearly. The consultation manager came in during the procedure and got a good look at my face. My nose is extremely crooked, and I bled a lot, so I had to go to another ENT clinic separately for hemostasis, but the doctor wouldn’t even see me. The aftercare was the absolute worst, so I’m looking into another clinic. Don’t treat what I’m writing here as slander, just live with some guilt and take your punishment someday.
