First of all, when you go for a consultation, they look at you very carefully. I didn’t get a CT, but since the doctor is an ENT specialist, he used tools like those to look inside. He explained the areas I was worried about and pointed them out, which even made me interested in places I hadn’t thought about. Both the doctor and the manager were kind, and it gave me the feeling that they could be trusted.
