First of all, the doctor is not kind, just feels like he'll tell you what he will tell you, and it seems like he really hates when the patient later says something different, or rather asks again about something they didn't ask before or something he said was fine. He keeps a straight face, but you can tell from his tone that he's irritated. The manager is extremely kind, but doesn't seem to know much about surgery, which is understandable.. I did end up having surgery here, but I was satisfied only at first and now I'm looking into revision surgery. Even when I was considering surgery here, I now understand why everyone said they were only satisfied at first and were looking into revision surgery It's not that the surgery was botched or badly done, but rather that this nose actually needs a, b, and c, and they only do a or a+b, so it ends up needing revision surgery. This is just my completely personal opinion, but I also ended up looking into revision surgery because the fundamental problem wasn't solved and the effect was minimal.
