I had a consultation with Director Song Jin-kyung, and she was extremely kind and gave a very detailed consultation. The consultation manager was also kind. I spent more time talking with the director than with the consultation manager, and the consultation was explained in a way that was easy to understand. Using ear cartilage was the same surgical method as other hospitals, so I was torn between here and another hospital based only on how much I trusted the director. In the end I booked the other hospital because I wanted something more natural, but it was really good!
