First of all, they charge a total of 40,000 won for the consultation fee and CT fee. I paid for the consultation, but it felt like the director was saying what he wanted to say rather than focusing on what I wanted. He said they only do one surgery per day, and the cost was quite high compared to other places. He is kind, though.
