The consultant's explanation was just average. But I liked that they did not push or upsell anything excessively. The rest of the staff were friendly too. After checking my facial symmetry, the doctor marked the treatment areas with a pen and performed the procedure very carefully and meticulously. I felt it was done more thoroughly than at the place I had visited before. In particular, the doctor mentioned the areas with hollow cheeks and said they would avoid them, and actually did so. At the first clinic I visited, they simply applied the laser even to the hollow areas, which was disappointing, so I was glad this clinic did not do that. Everyone was also kind.
