The consultation was good because they showed me other cases and explained everything in detail. However, I was disappointed that the process of finalizing the line before the actual surgery was not careful enough, and I eventually had the threads removed. If they had set the left and right lines together just once, they could have prevented asymmetry, but they didn’t, so one side became an inner double eyelid and the other an outer double eyelid. People around me even asked whether one side had come undone. I appreciated that they clearly said when a line wouldn’t work or suit me, but it was disappointing that they failed to get basic things like symmetry right. Because my expectations were high, my disappointment was also great.
