I had nose surgery here 3 times.. The people at the counter were so rude, and when I asked about nose surgery information, they didn’t really know anything and even gave me the wrong information about my nose surgery material and height. They also gave my friend wrong information, not just me. They told me to trust only them, so even though I was young I ended up having surgery 3 times, and I’m still going around looking for a revision. During those 3 surgeries, my nose never became the shape I wanted, and I also suffered from depression and couldn’t even go outside. The people at the counter never gave me post-op instructions, so I still have a very bad scar under my nose.. I was so mentally and financially exhausted that I never want to remember this hospital again. It was really a period where I shed blood and tears, and I lived being pointed at outside too, with people saying my nose looked strange, at an age when I should have been the prettiest.
