This was a hospital that charged consultation and CT fees, so I went there with high expectations for the consultation. But honestly, I felt the time I sat there was wasted. They didn’t listen to the direction I wanted at all and just kept showing before-and-after photos, full of confidence, talking only about what they wanted to say. If they weren’t going to read the CT, why charge for the CT? They kept dragging and dragging, then said I’d know once it was opened. I went to another hospital and they figured it out right away. It was so disappointing beyond what I expected that I threw away their business card on the way out.
