I was a little late for my appointment time, but they said it was okay and told me to come safely. The wait time was almost none. The consultation went in the order of manager -> director -> manager, and they answered my questions well. They set the line about twice, and they did not recommend anything unnecessary, which I liked. Both of them were gentle and kind. There was no pressure to pay a deposit, and the hospital atmosphere was clean and warm. I thought maybe there were not many people because it was a weekday, but there were actually quite a lot of desk staff. It was my first time, so I had not written down the questions I wanted to ask, but later when I asked by text or phone they explained everything well. It was my second clinic visit, and I liked that both the manager and the director were calm and kind.
