The hospital had no waiting time and was quiet. They took photos and the director looked at them; it felt thorough and professional, giving me confidence that it wouldn't go badly. They explained well what the previous surgery was like and how they would do the surgery this time, but as I got closer to the director's room, the strong smell of cigarettes became unpleasant.. The carpet smelled like old cigarette smoke, so although I didn't doubt the skill, I was hesitant to choose them.
