I had a consultation before the COVID situation got worse last year, and I went in knowing nothing about plastic surgery. The director seemed to have expertise, but it didn’t feel like communication went well. It felt like they only said what they wanted to say? It wasn’t that bad, but honestly it wasn’t that great either. Still, it’s the most famous hospital for behind-the-ear procedures, so if you’re planning to do behind-the-ear surgery, I think it’s worth considering. I personally don’t think I’d do it because I’m bothered by the scar behind the ear.
