The wait alone was over 30 minutes, and while consulting with the director, he kept taking his own phone calls. He was confident, but all the reviews were from around 8 years ago.. The facilities were outdated, and the price was truly absurd. He kept emphasizing that he only does one surgery a day, while putting every possible cost onto one person... The price is way over the top.
