My friend had a nose job in her early 20s and it turned out so well that I went to see them. After the consultation, the doctor seemed to be the honest type and spoke very straightforwardly, but somehow it felt like there was still something left undone, so I wasn't 100% satisfied. He said the shape could be discussed when I go into the operating room, and only explained the basic surgical method. But he has a long career, and since my acquaintance's nose turned out well, I do think maybe I should try it, but I still don't feel fully certain...
