I found this place by reading the director's blog. They looked exhausted from an early-morning surgery, but they were so enthusiastic during the consultation that I wanted to buy them an energy drink. In the director's room, they explained things by giving a direct demonstration with a large nose-shaped model, which made it easy to understand.
