With osteotomy, the bridge of the nose becomes even more crooked, and the tip is lifted up like a rain boot. If the hump is shaved incorrectly, it can cause an inverted-V deformity from collapse of the cartilage area, and if you grind down an existing bridge and the cartilage collapses too, you can’t even tell how much the bridge height has dropped. Basically they make the bridge collapse and lift the tip insanely high to forcibly create a weird rain-boot nose, then say the line is pretty lol The solution is supposedly to do fat grafting for the hollow areas because the nose is crooked. You might think, "That person failed, but I’ll be different," but I thought that too and ended up looking like this. If I could go back, I’d break my own arms and legs to stop it. Don’t do something you’ll regret. Think carefully. Please, don’t be tempted by blog posts, eloquence, or the claim that they don’t advertise. This is advice from the heart.
