I had surgery in February 2022, before the hospital moved. It was a revision surgery, and although the doctor is famous among people getting revision rhinoplasty, there were only two or three bad reviews, which made me wonder, but I ended up trusting the doctor, who had a bit of an eccentric vibe, and got the surgery without even consulting anywhere else. In the end, the surgery turned out well. It gave me an elegant face. I had nose surgery, but the nose doesn't stand out at all; it's plain and natural, just slightly high and straight, and it blends well with my overall face, giving me a natural sense of refinement. At first, it didn't even look like I had surgery, and nobody could tell. Anyone who has had surgery here will know that the place where the ear cartilage was taken hurts a lot.. After going through all that suffering, nobody noticed, which made me upset, but once all the swelling went down, my face somehow felt different and people said they couldn't tell I had my nose done, but that I somehow looked prettier and more refined. As I get older, I don't want anything obvious anymore, and now I'm much more satisfied. Dr. Hwang has outstanding aesthetic sense and top-level surgical skill. I think I can live with this nose for the rest of my life without worrying about revision surgery anymore. The downsides are that nose surgery is done under local anesthesia, which is scary, and the swelling is enormous. Also, there were times when breathing through my nose was uncomfortable in the middle, but as time passed, the temporarily narrowed breathing passage opened back up, so it's fine now.
