I had nose surgery~ The bridge was silicone, and the tip was ear cartilage, septal cartilage, and SureDerm, they said. I thought for years that they only used ear cartilage and that's what they told me, but what do you know, they used both cartilages and even artificial dermis, which is ridiculous. I'm annoyed.. My nose is upturned too, and I'm looking into revision surgery.
