I had my first double eyelid surgery here. I did it with buried sutures. Although now, after a long time, one side has come undone and I'm looking into revision surgery, it really turned out natural, and I also didn't swell much at the time, so people couldn't tell unless I said something. Double eyelid surgery really varies by person, so I can't recommend it unconditionally, but I think it was above average. It was buried sutures, so I expected it might loosen, but it was still a little disappointing, so I deducted a few stars.
