I had alar reduction surgery, but I'm not sure if the staff were kind. They just went ahead without saying how many millimeters they would cut (I didn't know whether they were even confirming it, and then I had surgery..) They kept the stitches in for about a week? longer than other places before removing them. It seems like only the outer incision method is available. Of course there is a scar left. It's not a size that stands out, so I plan to get revision surgery elsewhere. This is a plastic surgery clinic that pursues natural results.
