I had a quick consultation with the consultation manager first, then consulted with the doctor right away. The doctor explained things very thoroughly and I was able to get answers to my questions immediately. After that, I discussed the price with the manager and the consultation ended. There was no pressure to book right away. Both the doctor and the manager were kind.
