The manager at the consultation desk had a pretty sharp way of speaking, or how should I say it, she did explain things thoroughly but it was a bit scary. The director seemed busy or maybe irritated, and just gave a rough five-minute consultation based exactly on what the manager had said, then left… I wasn't satisfied with the consultation, and I don't think I'll do it at this hospital
