I went at almost the last consultation slot, so they had time and explained everything in detail. I got a free CT scan, and during the consultation with the director, they looked at my chart and drew things out, explaining in detail how this approach would be good for me. (Among the places I visited, this was the only one that explained the surgical method in the most detail and actually analyzed my chart while doing it.) They reflected my own opinions well in the direction I wanted too. At first the consultation manager seemed extremely cold and unfriendly, but once she came in and we talked, she was okay. The inside was clean and tidy. The cost was around average compared with nearby clinics (other places say to bring cash and withdraw it, but here they said bank transfer was fine, so it felt a bit more transparent). There’s no event where they refund you for writing a review.
