There's a similar review below too, but the person in charge before surgery was the kindest and most trustworthy, so I decided to go ahead with the surgery. But when I mentioned the parts I didn't like after the surgery, that person's consultation kindness really dropped off fast. I was already so anxious and struggling mentally, and when the doctor in charge acted like that, it felt hopeless.. It was such a shocking reversal compared with how they had seemed before. And most of the desk staff are kind, but there was this really unfriendly woman with long hair who looked kind of harsh, and I never want to go back.
