I went to Seoul for a consultation, and after looking at my original nose photos, this was the only place that said it could be done with ear cartilage... (not just simply adding on, but rotational grafting) They even drew pictures and explained in detail, but I decided I had to have surgery in Seoul, so It felt a little pricey for a revision surgery in Busan, but if I had planned to have surgery in Busan, I think I would have done it here
