I asked about surgery for the nose and philtrum/lips, but they didn't tell me the cost for the nose and only gave me the scar-related fee like some macro reply. I asked whether actual expense coverage would apply for septum deviation surgery since a lot of places now combine functional and cosmetic nose surgery, but they told me to ask an ENT clinic.. That's true, but I was asking because function wasn't the main issue for me, so it was disappointing that they missed the point a bit.
