I had nose surgery with Director Oh, but even though I asked them to make it natural, the result was quite high and looked unnatural. Later I went back for a consultation about that issue, but they just kept saying it was fine, so I had revision surgery somewhere else. It might be good for people who want a somewhat high nose, but if that's not what you want, I think you should choose carefully.
