The doctor is kind and nice~~ I don't really know about the staff at the front desk.. it seemed like they were handling things a bit carelessly... The hospital facilities are nice too It hurt a lot when I had the surgery, but I'm satisfied with the results~ There is a bit of scarring, but they take good care of you afterward~~
