First of all, my wait was short, and the system for viewing things in 3D was good. The consultation manager was kind, but even though it was an event price, they seemed to want a lot of reviews, and I could see that they were chasing money. The director seemed to look at things with some professionalism, but it felt like he had a bit of a negative view of people coming in knowing things beforehand.
