Director Ok has excellent aesthetic sense and explains everything very well. He explains the surgical method in detail too, and his style is to clearly state the pros and cons. He gives explanations tailored to each person's body type. The consultation manager was terrible. That kind of feedback is common just from reading reviews here.. I could feel from a few comments that their mindset is that patients are money. Personally, I didn't like how they tried to boost the clinic by putting down other hospitals and saying the director here is the best. Everyone already came knowing the director's skills are good, without having to say that over and over;; Of course, that doesn't mean they were unfriendly. In the end, I put down a deposit, thinking only about the director, but in the end, I am not doing it here. The reason is that there was no detailed explanation about side effects, aftercare, and so on, and when I asked, they explained in such an incredibly fast, outsider-level speaking style that it was hard to understand. I wanted to ask more, but the consultation process felt too burdensome because they kept talking mainly about the deposit and pushing me, saying I could just put down the deposit and think about it later. They even came to the changing room and took my card; I wanted to choose this clinic trusting the director's skills, but... The communication style felt very much like, 'Get patients in fast and a lot!' to the point that I wondered why they were making me pay a deposit like this even though the director is skilled..! The overall clinic process felt lacking in terms of trust, and the operating room CCTV can only be viewed live if a guardian accompanies you. If you don't have a guardian like me, you can't know who performed the surgery, and if the surgery room is full, apparently you can only see part of it. So I ended up comparing it a lot with other clinics and decided on another one. I think the overall atmosphere of a clinic is usually shaped by the mindset of the chief director.. same as a company. The director is excellent, but the staff's money-first communication makes the trust level lower. If they had just talked about trust and safety, I probably would have chosen this place.. If I hadn't visited other clinics, I might not have known, but the contrast was too strong. Since breast surgery is something you often consider with revision in mind too, it seems necessary not only to have a skilled doctor but also detailed explanations about aftercare, side effects, and so on.
