There was a bit of a wait. They did the tests, then before the consultation with the director, I had one consultation with the chief manager, and then things moved forward. The director was someone I had heard about on other community sites before, and as rumored, he took quite a while to see me, but he explained things by focusing only on what was necessary and leaving out the unnecessary parts. It felt like taking a cram lesson. More than anything, the virtual surgery preview here was kind of interesting, and after the chief manager and the director's consultations, I was also told what kind of aftercare there would be and given an estimate, and so on. Overall, I was satisfied. This was one of the places I put down a deposit for after consultation.
