I wish they had consulted more from the patient's perspective. Writing prices all over the desk makes it hard to read.. From the middle on, I think I was listening to the consultation almost absentmindedly. And there were some waits here and there, but I knew that to some extent, so it was okay. I had high expectations, so it's a bit disappointing.
