I went a little earlier than my appointment time, but I was surprised that there were more people waiting than I expected. I had gone because I saw a review saying the director had long experience and confidence in their skills, and when they explained the surgical method in person, they did seem confident. I thought it was good because I could feel the professionalism, and there was no over-treatment.
