I made a reservation and went, but ended up waiting almost 30 minutes. Compared to that, the consultation was extremely short. I still had more questions, but the manager suddenly came in and the consultation ended. I don't trust them, so I can't get surgery. The consultation fee and my time felt wasted. The manager had a human side to them.
