Even with my very picky and sensitive requirements, they explained things kindly and carefully and also gave me direction. They didn't recommend excessive surgery beyond what I wanted. I was very worried because my eyes are difficult, but they spoke in a way that was easy and comfortable to understand, which greatly reduced my anxiety. I've gone to a total of 8 consultations so far, And this seems like the best consultation satisfaction of all.
