I went there 2 years ago for treatment and consultation, and at the time my schedule was tight so I booked the surgery right away on the consultation day, but the staff were careless and unfriendly, and I had booked double eyelid and epicanthoplasty procedures, yet on the day of surgery the doctor asked whether I was also getting epicanthoplasty done, as if hearing it for the first time, which left me even more flustered.
