I went because it's one of the famous plastic surgery clinics. I was disappointed because I felt the explanation was lacking. Still, they didn't recommend unnecessary surgery. And because I have a chronic illness, unlike other hospitals, they told me to have a detailed consultation about that part with the attending doctor at another hospital.
