The director here has tremendous confidence, so the level of trust is extremely high. They know an enormous number of surgical cases and seem to attend research conferences to study the latest surgical methods. It makes me believe things will turn out well. Since it's a place with strong word of mouth, I think it's probably an ethical hospital.
