There was no consultation fee, and they asked me to open and close my eyes to help set the line, explaining it while drawing a picture. They also kindly explained the answers to my questions. They said it wasn't actually asymmetrical, even though it is a pair of eyes only I can tell are different. (This is just a simple review with no slanderous intent.)
