I had a nose surgery in 2014 using septal cartilage and ear cartilage. At first I was satisfied, but maybe because the surgery made it too high, from the second year on the septum and columella became completely crooked, and I can’t breathe through one side. I remember being satisfied with the side profile. I’m looking into revision surgery now.
