I had already booked surgery and paid a deposit at another hospital, but I consulted here because recommendations from people around me and the reviews were so strong. The consultation manager was very soft-spoken and meticulous. I was worried because the director was a man and I thought it might feel uncomfortable, but there was nothing like that, and I was able to have the consultation in a comfortable atmosphere.
