They did an ultrasound and virtual plastic surgery simulation, and the consultation was good. They focused a lot on the shape. I have almost no breasts at all, so because of the shape of my breasts, they recommended subpectoral placement and also recommended fat grafting. Since I plan to keep losing weight or maintain my current weight, I'm worried that subpectoral placement will make the skin visible, and I'm also worried about how well the fat grafting will last.
