I got the feeling that the director spoke in a rather stiff way, but because of that I felt he only said the absolutely necessary points. He explained things well, and even when I asked questions, he answered them well. Especially from a layperson's point of view, you can't really know much about the surgical methods, but he explained that part well. Some people say he is a bit blunt, but I think it's just that some people may feel that way?? The hospital manager was extremely kind.
