I had alar reduction about 10 years ago. The effect was very small, and the scar was left very badly, so I was very dissatisfied. Then after another 5 to 6 years, I had alar reduction again. It still seems to be there, but because alar reduction alone was ineffective, I hope the other surgeries turn out okay ㄷㄷ
