At first I applied to consult with a different doctor, but they switched me to someone else on their own because that doctor wasn't available. Then they said that since I had consulted with this doctor, I couldn't even consult with the doctor I originally applied for, and couldn't have surgery either. It was such an absurd hospital, and I felt the staff at the front desk lacked professionalism too much.
